  • Establish your initial 12-week focus: Your assessment and first coaching responses will shape the priorities and direction we’ll focus on during your first 12 weeks inside W2C — so you’re not guessing where to start or what matters most.

  • Start your Weekly Business Focus: Each week, you’ll check in through a simple structured prompt — your space to reflect, ask questions, surface decisions, and stay accountable to forward movement.

  • Receive strategic coaching support: I’ll respond with real-time guidance, feedback, tools, and next-step clarity within 72 business hours, so you can keep moving with confidence and intention.

  • Recalibrate monthly: Monthly progress check-ins help us track growth, realign goals, and ensure your direction still fits what you’re building.

  • We define the one area of your business you want to work on — then break it into an action plan that makes sense for your life and capacity.

  • For accountability, you’ll respond to three short prompts each week to maintain momentum.

    Outside of the weekly prompts, you’ll email your questions and challenges. I’ll reply with personal coaching.

  • We assess what’s working and what needs adjusting. You get tailored support to keep momentum going.

  • Here, you’ll get access to your private coaching portal where you’ll be able to see your progress, complete pathways, and use tools and resources to support your journey.

  • If you join during a launch window, you’ll receive a complimentary 30-minute private coaching call — included as a bonus and available to use at any point during your program. Do you use ChatGPT or any kind of AI to answer questions?

No! Everything is coming from a real place. I use a combination of experiences from my own serial-entrepreneurship journey, client work, education, and more.

Why email coaching?

People and Zoom fatigue are real. Sometimes, there's just not enough time in a day. You may find that you don't have the time to engage or fit in hour-long coaching sessions when you're trying to fit it in with busy schedules, noisy families, after-school programs, and more.

It's flexible, easy, and provides you with the help you need when you need it - and at an affordable price.

Plus, it has the journaling benefits of being able to write out your thoughts and ideas. It also gives you something to refer back to when you need to remember something or need just a bit of motivation. :)

How is the material delivered?

Either via email, text or video message (sometimes) or through your portal. We use the portal as a way to support your journey and monitor your progress.

What if I don’t have a question to send you?

That's ok. Take advantage of the program, but be sure to execute on the things you're given. Real progress takes time. Remember to rest and give yourself grace. Even if you don’t respond to the weekly emails, you’re still getting actionable guidance. Utilize the program, or not. It’s your choice.

Are coaching calls included?

No. W2C is designed as an asynchronous coaching experience. Optional paid calls are available for purchase inside your portal if you want deeper real-time support.

How quickly will I hear back?

All coaching responses are delivered during business hours (Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm ET) within 72 business hours.

What if I fall behind or get busy?

That’s normal. This isn’t a course you fail. You return to your Weekly Business Focus, reset priorities, and continue forward.

What happens after the 3 months?

At the end of your term, you may request to continue if a seat is available. Because W2C operates on a waitlist-only basis, availability is not guaranteed.

Are refunds available?

No. There are no refunds once payment has been processed.
