  • You’ll respond to three short prompts each week. I’ll reply with personal coaching. No group threads. No meetings.

  • A guided workbook to help you uncover gaps, clarify your vision, and lay a solid foundation for long-term growth. Use it during the program — and keep it as an ongoing resource throughout your business journey.

  • If you join during a launch window, you’ll receive a complimentary 30-minute private coaching call — included as a bonus and available to use at any point during your 12-week program. Use it to clarify your plan, troubleshoot a challenge, brainstorm next steps, or get direct feedback when you need it most. After the launch window closes, this call will still be available but must be purchased separately.

  • No! Everything is coming from a real place. I use a combination of experiences from my own serial-entrepreneurship journey, client work, education, and more.

  • People and Zoom fatigue are real. Sometimes, there's just not enough time in a day. You may find that you don't have the time to engage or fit in hour-long coaching sessions when you're trying to fit it in with busy schedules, noisy families, after-school programs, and more.

    It's flexible, easy, and provides you with the help you need when you need it - and at an affordable price.

    Plus, it has the journaling benefits of being able to write out your thoughts and ideas. It also gives you something to refer back to when you need to remember something or need just a bit of motivation. :)

  • Included in each package is a Clarity Session to get clear on your goals. You have an option to purchase a package that includes a 30-minute monthly session. You will have the option to purchase appointments through your coaching portal as needed.

  • That's ok. Take advantage of the program, but be sure to execute on the things you're given. Real progress takes time. Remember to rest and give yourself grace.

    Even if you don’t respond to the weekly emails, you’re still getting actionable guidance. Utilize the program, or not. It’s your choice.

  • It is coaching that occurs via email. It's kinda like having a pen pal - but with someone actually focused on helping you achieve your goals. We discuss all of the same things we do in a live coaching session - the only difference is the delivery method. It's a flexible and easy-to-use alternative to coaching via Zoom. There are no regular in-person meet-ups.

  • As with anything, there are a variety of pros and cons. Your level of commitment, focus and intention will help determine your level of success. I am always in your corner and happy to share my tools, knowledge and resources, but ultimately the success or failure of the program is your decision.

  • Absolutely! I do have additional coaching packages available, including a group membership and a variety of 1:1, private coaching support with limited availability. Whenever you’re ready, just let me know.

  • Either via email, text or video message (sometimes) or through your portal. We use the portal as a way to support your journey and monitor your progress.

  • No, we do not offer refunds.

  • Daydreaming is one of the best parts of being a business owner.
